The key to this great griddle is heat distribution. Newly designed burners and a 1/4 inch steel griddle make this product the leader in quality, durability and dependability.
Things to consider when looking at other griddles;
Ours cost more but you do not need to lift it, how many of you want to be
lifting 140 lbs every time you want to set it up or take it down, how many
are going to hurt their back, drop it on their toes? A neighbor purchased a
competitors and latter had to have knee surgery, he can not use his griddle
because he can not lift or move it, he brought it over to our shop and asked
us to install our leg system so he would be able to use it.
Our griddle top is 1/4" thick, we tried 3/16" thick but the uniformity was
not there and at higher temperatures it warped.
Ours has a large warmer box to put food in and keep warm.
Ours is made in the USA, especially important in this economy.
